Role Overview We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to lead and develop Savills' Short-Lets offering across our Lettings network. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take real ownership of a developing area of the business. The successful candidate will have input to help shape our strategy, identify opportunities, challenge existing ways of working and build a market leading short-let proposition.

The role does not come with a blueprint. We expect it to evolve as the business grows, so we are looking for someone who is commercially minded, adaptable and comfortable turning ideas into action. You will need to be a confident and credible communicator, able to pitch effectively to clients and colleagues alike. Just as importantly, you will bring the energy, hunger and entrepreneurial instinct to create opportunities rather than wait for them.

Job Description Head of Short-Lets Job Spec Team Overview The role will sit within a wider team focused on business development and identifying growth opportunities across the Lettings business. This will provide a highly collaborative and commercially focused environment, with colleagues who are similarly tasked with developing new relationships, unlocking opportunities and generating new business.
