The Business Systems Analyst

• CRM will play a critical role in enhancing our customer relationship management systems to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments and groups including Sales, Rep Agencies, Customer Service and Marketing to identify business needs, develop solutions, and implement improvements to our CRM processes and systems.
