Family Practice Medical Provider Join Our Independent, Membership-Based Primary Care Practice We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Medical Provider (MD, or PA) to join our growing independent primary care practice. Our membership-based model allows providers to focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Position Highlights Four-day work week Average patient load of approximately 20 patients per day Independent practice with provider autonomy Membership-based care model that supports meaningful patient relationships Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to practice medicine with less administrative burden and greater focus on patient outcomes Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate care as needed Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families Qualifications MD, or Physician Assistant (PA) with appropriate licensure Board certification in Family Medicine (for physicians) Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care Experience in primary care preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: Paid vacation time Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution/match Continuing education support Professional development opportunities Why Join Us?
