- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide daily resident care with dignity
- Monitor changes and respond clinically
- Collaborate with a supportive care team Pay & Incentives:
- $27.12 - $37.22/hr base
- +$5.50/hr evening differential
- +$7.00/hr weekend differential
- Sign-On Bonus: Position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, subject to terms, conditions, and change.
Requirements
Active NY LPN license required; BLS preferred. We’re looking for a dependable, compassionate, team-focused nurse—LTC experience is helpful but not required.
