Job Description: 全职品牌代表我们的品牌代表致力于让门店体验生动呈现 —— 以贴心的方式与顾客真诚互动，真实传递品牌精神，并共同营造一个包容友好的环境。我们欢迎这样的你：乐于与顾客交流，帮助他们找到所需商品，也愿意维护整洁有序的店铺环境。并在经理缺席时执行必要的运营职能。全职品牌代表需在重要节假日期间（如销售旺季）保证绝大多数周六和部分周日在岗，并保持弹性工作时间以配合业务需求。工作内容 : 顾客体验：为每一位顾客提供热情、周到、宾至如归的服务。主动洞察需求，以舒适自然的方式开启对话，并在各类商品中提供产品推荐与搭配建议。卖场维护：协助产品补货，保持销售环境的整洁、有序、陈列美观。工作包括折叠、挂放、按尺码整理商品，并确保各项陈列标准落实到位。收银台操作：准确高效地处理购买、退换货等事务，同时保持友好亲切的结账服务，让顾客满意而归。线上订单：支持缺货订购、处理门店自提、打包线上订单发货，让全渠道购物体验一气呵成。任职要求：中文流畅。具备营造热情、包容的顾客体验的能力。能够适应快节奏环境，兼顾顾客服务与日常事务。条理清晰，注重细节，出勤稳定。福利待遇：法定节假日额外薪资员工商品折扣弹性工作时间职业发展机会品牌推广合作计划培训与发展支持包容的全球团队 Company Description Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
