Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Lead to lead our social media content and day-to-day presence. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and visual storytelling, with the ability to take ideas from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the social media content strategy and content calendar. Create creative concepts and content ideas aligned with the brand and marketing objectives. Provide clear creative direction and design references for social media content. Manage the day-to-day publishing and scheduling of content across social media platforms.

Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media. Create short-form content, including Reels, Stories, and TikTok-style videos. Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and emerging content opportunities. Manage the end-to-end content production process, from ideation and planning to shooting, editing, and publishing.

Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Creative teams to ensure consistency in brand communication. Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement. Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's tone of voice and visual identity.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends. Hands-on experience with photography and videography for social media. Strong video editing skills and experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar. Strong creative eye with the ability to develop concepts and translate ideas into engaging content.

Experience creating and managing content calendars and social media publishing. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. A portfolio showcasing previous social media and content work is required.
