Director of M&A Accounting Integration

The M&A Accounting Lead is responsible for leading all accounting, controllership, financial reporting, internal controls, and finance integration activities related to acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and strategic investments. The role serves as the finance integration leader from due diligence through post-close integration, ensuring acquired businesses are successfully incorporated into the Company's financial reporting, control environment, systems, and operating processes while maintaining compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX requirements, and corporate policies.
