Lettings Consultant Marylebone

Main purpose of role: To deliver against deal targets, generating new and repeat business through strategic applicant management. Location: Marylebone Salary: OTE £40,000k - £50,000k depending on experience. Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-7pm, every other Saturday 9am-5pm Key Responsibilities Lettings activity to generate 40 viewings a week, 2-3 lets a week.

Applicant management – ability to distinguish your applicants based on their motives for moving. Price reductions to help the office to have a more lettable register. Offer negotiations to enable a smooth transaction. Ability to deal with effectively with the administration department.

Requirements

Customer service orientated – either from a related industry or a known competitor, or being a trainee within Dexters. Base level understanding of the industry. Financially driven with a motive to earn. Cultural fit with our brand values through your actions and words. Skills Able to work in line with our Winning Ways Customer Focused, Cheeky, Epic, Flexible, First, Team Orientated Has a professional approach, demonstrating high levels of integrity.

Excellent attention to detail. Organised, with a flexible approach to a varied workload particularly during busy periods. Confident, with excellent communication skills, using the telephone as first point of contact. Able to demonstrate initiative along with a ‘can do’ approach.
