$55 per hour Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage for eligible employees Training & Support: Ongoing support and professional development Meaningful Work: Provide personalized nursing care in a comfortable home setting Immediate Opportunities: Positions available now What You’ll Do Provide skilled nursing care based on each client’s individualized care plan Assess and monitor clients’ health conditions and clinical needs Administer medications and prescribed treatments Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures within your scope of practice Recognize and report changes in the client’s condition Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other healthcare team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate clients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans Promote the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence Provide professional and compassionate care in the client’s home What We’re Looking For Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License 1+ year of nursing experience preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Reliable, compassionate, and professional Comfortable working independently in a home-care setting Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred EHR and clinical documentation experience preferred If you’re an RN looking for an opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care while making a difference in clients’ lives, we’d love to connect with you.
