WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, case managers, and community organizations Develop and execute territory growth strategies Conduct face-to-face outreach and educational presentations Build new referral relationships while strengthening existing partnerships Represent Billet Health at community events and professional networking opportunities Meet with patients and families to provide information about Home Health and Hospice services Collaborate with clinical teams to support smooth patient transitions Track outreach, referrals, leads, and outcomes Identify market opportunities and communicate them to leadership Contribute to monthly growth objectives WHY BILLET HEALTH?
