Compensation

Hourly Rate: $22 - $26 per hour (Weekly Pay) Commensurate with experience and performance Travel Time: Travel commute time is compensated at 100% of regular hourly rate, after standard commute deduction Mileage Reimbursement: $0.55 per mile for all portal-to-portal and mobile surveillance mileage Paid Administrative Time: Paid at regular hourly rate (report writing, administrative time, etc.)

Essential job functions include, but are not limited to: Conducting Wellness Check by traveling to and speaking with injured workers Conducting insurance claims investigations by performing scene investigations and canvasses (collect photo/video evidence from location of accident) Conducting statements with injured workers and/or employers Document signings and retrieval Daily submission of updates regarding work performed on each case Preparing and dictating investigation reports and forms Requirements Investigator candidates must have: Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality Ability to effectively communicate with others Ability to work independently Ability to work from a home-based office and work flexible hours Valid driver’s license and vehicle Minimum auto insurance in the amount of $100,000 each person/$300,000 each accident bodily injury/$50,000 property damage Smartphone, printer, scanner, desktop/laptop computer with a good internet connection Ability to model behaviors that reflect Frasco’s core values Capable of working independently, contacting clients, and strategizing about the best course of action to handle their needs, and be able to proceed accordingly Preferred Qualifications/Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field Customer service experience Start your career with a leader in the investigations industry that is financially stable, experiencing considerable growth, and whose history spans over 60 years!
