Description About the Opportunity Frasco Investigative Services is seeking an experienced Investigative Consultant

  • Business Development professional to drive new business growth, expand client relationships, and increase our market presence throughout the Southeast. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of proven B2B business development experience and professional experience within the insurance, insurance claims, investigations, SIU, risk management, workers' compensation, or a closely related industry . This is a relationship-driven sales role for an individual who understands the insurance and claims environment and can use that industry knowledge to build credibility, identify client needs, develop new opportunities, and cultivate long-term business relationships. The Investigative Consultant will represent Frasco with insurance carriers, claims professionals, risk managers, and other key decision-makers while also representing the company at claims association meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Territory: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas Preferred Location: Florida or Georgia with convenient access to a major airport Work Arrangement: Remote/Hybrid with regional travel What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue, sales, and gross-profit objectives
  • Prospect for and develop new business opportunities within targeted accounts and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry professionals
  • Expand existing client relationships by identifying additional needs and opportunities for Frasco's investigative services
  • Manage an active sales pipeline and maintain accurate revenue forecasts
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Develop and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and other sales materials that communicate Frasco's value
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and relationship development through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross-profit targets
  • Represent Frasco at local, state, regional, and national conferences, claims associations, trade shows, and industry events
  • Conduct targeted networking, prospecting, and business development activities to identify and reach prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop implementation strategies for large and strategic accounts Requirements Require Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, account management, or client development experience
  • Professional experience within insurance, insurance claims, investigations, SIU, risk management, workers' compensation, or a closely related industry
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships, generating new business, and growing client accounts
  • Experience managing a regional territory, client accounts, and an active sales pipeline
  • Strong consultative selling, prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and develop solutions that create value and support long-term business relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and business-writing skills
  • Experience developing and delivering professional sales presentations and written proposals
  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with strong initiative, accountability, organization, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote/hybrid environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory and attend industry conferences, association meetings, and events
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Minimum auto insurance coverage of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident for bodily injury and $50,000 for property damage Preferred Qualifications
  • Business development or sales experience specifically within the insurance investigations industry
  • Experience selling investigative, claims, risk management, or related professional services
  • Existing professional relationships within the insurance, claims, investigations, SIU, or risk management industries
  • Familiarity with workers' compensation, liability, disability, or other insurance claims environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $70,000-$90,000 annually, plus commission and bonus
