岗位职责 / Duties:
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services across multiple categories in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation, and contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor market trends and conduct risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Develop a localized category strategy aligned with regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and consumer behavior.
- Optimize and standardize procurement processes through AI skills.
任职要求 / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in IT, HR, Admin and Facility Management.
- Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong sourcing skills, analytical skills, adept at identifying and responding to market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, Chinese is a plus.
