Reservations and Customer Care is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and high-performing individual for the role of Project Leader, Resource Planning and Optimization, to lead the development of fastpaced staffing insights to inform business decisions across the division.
This role demands a leader with executive presence, capable of navigating a high-paced environment with a curious mindset. As a subject matter expert, you will leverage your expertise to develop actionable insights that drive improvements in staffing optimization, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate complex data succinctly and effectively will be crucial in influencing cross-divisional teams, external partners and senior leadership.
How you’ll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities): + Collaborates with all levels cross-divisionally toaccelerate staffing optimization initiatives, improve productivity and improvecustomer satisfaction. + Designs queries and models leveraging staffing data alongwith divisional performance data to provide advanced analytical support andopportunity identification to improve operational outcomes.

Generates insights without leadership instructions andoften little to no guidance or direction. + Serves as a subject matter expert in Res data analytics,WFM data and guiding the team in best practices and innovative approaches. Showcomfort in dealing with complex and diverse data sets, ensuring accurate andinsightful analysis.

Applies experience in forecasting and analysis to predictstaffing trends and inform strategic decisions. + Effectively communicates complex strategies and subjectspecific terms to leaders without familiarity. + Exhibits leadership by influencing and guidingcross-functional teams without direct authority. + Thrives in a high-paced environment, demonstrating theability to manage multiple priorities under short deadlines.

Transforms manual tasks into repeatable processes thatsave time for analysts, improving the quality of analytical offerings availableto business users. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + 5+ years of relevant work experiencein data analytics. + Strong analytical, data analysis, reporting, andleadership skills; ability to develop effective relationships with all levels.

Advanced Tableau or Power BI dashboard developmentexperience, developing queries/automated processes using SAS and SQL, and MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) + Demonstrate executive presence by effectivelycommunicating strategy to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner. + Demonstrate initiative and self-direct work with anability to manage priorities under short deadlines.

Ability to collaborate with others responsible fordeliverables, including stakeholders from other departments. + Must be performing satisfactorily in current position. + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.

Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to workin the United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field preferred + Contact Center knowledge including resource planning,processes, tools and infrastructure.

Proven track record of driving significant businessoutcomes through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
