IT Infrastructure Administrator

The IT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s cloud and server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. This includes configuring hardware and software, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting issues, implementing best practices for security and disaster recovery, supporting project-based initiatives, and participating in on-call rotations for critical systems.

The role also includes Office 365 administration across Exchange, Teams, Teams Phones, and OneDrive.
