SBU Operations Manager (Financial Services & Capital Markets)

The SBU Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and executing initiatives that support the growth of the Strategic Business Unit. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role works closely with SBU leadership, attorneys, and key operations functions, including conflicts, pricing, business intake, and integration.

Serving as a critical liaison between the SBU and firm resources, the Operations Manager helps execute strategic and operational initiatives, drive process improvements, support financial and human capital activities, and promote adoption of the firm's AI tools. This hands-on operational leader leverages a strong understanding of the SBU's business to help achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
