O., DNB, or equivalent). Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, with documented case logs in fracture management and joint replacements. Proven proficiency in handling all types of fractures (complex, open, intra-articular, pediatric) and joint replacement surgeries. Strong surgical dexterity, decision-making ability, and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Familiarity with modern orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and digital imaging systems (X-ray, CT, MRI). Valid medical registration and license to practice in the respective state or region. Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning in orthopedic medicine.
