Job description
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Ecosystem Platform. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and innovative features. Identify gaps in existing platforms and develop differentiated digital solutions. Ensure platform architecture supports future ecosystem expansion across multiple business domains.
Drive rapid experimentation and MVP-based product development. Build and validate early-stage prototypes to test product concepts quickly. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver incremental product releases through rapid iterations. Continuously improve product features based on user feedback and usage insights.
Use GenAI tools for: Product ideation UI/UX design Prototype development Experiment with AI-assisted development tools for faster product innovation. Translate product vision into: User stories Product requirements Acceptance criteria Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively. Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ensure product releases meet usability, scalability, and performance standards. Design platforms using modular and API-first architecture principles. Enable integration with external platforms, partners, and services. Ensure the ecosystem supports both internal and external users.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in: Product Management Product Ownership Digital Platform Development Strong experience working in Agile and rapid product development environments. Ability to convert ideas into practical digital products and scalable solutions. Strong understanding of: Product strategy MVP development Rapid experimentation Product lifecycle management Experience with: API-first architecture Modular platform design Microservices ecosystems Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools for: Product prototyping UI/UX design Solution development Preferred experience in: Platform-based products Ecosystem-driven products Crowdsourcing platforms Digital workforce systems Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
