Position/Title: Product Owner Employment: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: Soon as possible Location: Luxembourg city, Luxembourg Salary Framework: 80k - 110k (max) Contact: Bojan Ulemek on: +49 89 23 88 98 671 Key Responsibilities: Must-Have Skills Business Analysis and requirements clarification Product Owner experience for digital applications Telecom digital journey understanding Selfcare / customer portal experience Web and mobile application delivery Sprint planning and backlog management Release coordination and Go / No-Go preparation UAT coordination and production validation Incident follow-up and issue coordination Stakeholder management across business, IT and vendors Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives Strong documentation and status reporting French and English communication Preferred Skills Knowledge of MOJO / Phoenix-type digital selfcare platforms Experience with telecom offers, options catalogue or customer journeys Understanding of API dependencies and integration constraints Experience coordinating with legacy platforms such as CRM, billing or provisioning systems Ability to work with technical teams on instability, regression and configuration issues Experience preparing dashboards, KPIs and roadmap follow-up Tools / Domain Knowledge Agile / Scrum delivery Backlog and sprint planning tools UAT and validation tracking KPI / reporting dashboards Telecom product catalogue / offer lifecycle API integration awareness Production support and release governance
