JOB OBJECTIVE:  To oversee and manage the planning, development, and execution of theatrical and live event productions within the Robinson Center Performance Hall for the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau (LRCVB); manages and coordinates audio and lighting operations, including coordination with external production companies; supports the Assistant Director of Production Services by organizing production planning, technical resources, personnel, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations, exceptional production quality, and a positive experience for clients and guests while maintaining compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and safety standards.
