Position Title: Director of Memory Care
Overview
The Director of Memory Care leads the Memory Care program and provides oversight and support to the Memory Care Manager and teams, delivering person-centered, dignity-preserving care for residents living with dementia. Champions person-centered dementia care, creating a secure and engaging environment while leading specialized programming and staff training initiatives. Responsible for maintaining a therapeutic environment that supports both residents and families while promoting excellence in dementia care delivery. This position reports to the Senior Director of Health Services.
