SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare are growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Patient Services Coordinator to join our South Austin team!

Position Summary

The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily administrative operations of our South Austin clinic . You’ll welcome patients, coordinate appointments, answer questions, assist with billing and insurance inquiries, and help keep the clinic organized and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude. Check patients in and assist with rooming as needed. Coordinate appointments and help maintain an efficient clinic schedule. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Respond to patient emails, text messages, and faxes and ensure timely follow-up.

Answer patient billing and insurance questions and assist with resolving concerns. Clearly explain insurance coverage, benefits, and out-of-pocket costs. Accurately enter and update patient and insurance information. Collect and process patient payments when needed. Build strong patient relationships and provide an exceptional overall experience.

Complete bi-monthly inventory and help keep the clinic stocked and organized. Keep snacks, supplements, and other patient-facing products organized and fully stocked. Complete cash deposits twice weekly and maintain accurate End-of-Day records. Support the clinic team with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area.

Attend monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings as needed. Follow HIPAA requirements and all clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred. Previous healthcare or front-office experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with computers, email, fax, and other basic technology.

Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism. Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Schedule Requirements Our South Austin clinic operates Monday through Saturday: Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Saturday Availability: Must be available to work 2–3 Saturdays per month .

Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and accurately record all time worked.
