MOS/Referral Coordinator (FT)

The MOS/Referral Coordinator serves as a vital link in our patient care team, partnering closely with clinical and non-clinical staff. In this role, you will own the referral workflow—triaging, documenting, and processing incoming referrals to ensure seamless care coordination. Directed by the practice manager, you will actively participate in optimizing office processes, maintaining practice continuity for both new and established patients, and delivering exceptional customer service to support our team and patients alike.

Wage starts at $19.10 and goes up based on experience 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
