Patient Experience Specialist (Full-time)

Supports the patient experience though direct engagement, daily rounding, service recovery, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Serves as a supportive presence throughout the inpatient experience and provides backup support for follow-up calls to discharged patients, initial complaint/grievance intake and documentation as needed, and assistance Service Excellence functions.

WAGE STARTS at $19.50 and goes up with experience Full-time 32 hours per week (5 days per week) No Rotating Shifts No Call Required Holidays/weekends required as needed
