Job description
We are looking for an experienced Service. Now ITAM, CMDB & Integrations Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Service. Now solutions focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and platform integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), CMDB governance, Discovery, and enterprise integration frameworks.
You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, asset lifecycle management, software compliance, and seamless integration across enterprise systems while driving automation, governance, and operational excellence within the Service. Now ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Service. Now solutions for: IT Asset Management (ITAM) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Enterprise Integrations Implement and support HAM and SAM processes aligned with governance standards and software license compliance requirements.
Enhance and maintain CMDB data quality by managing: Configuration Item (CI) relationships Reconciliation Normalization Lifecycle management Data governance Design and implement Discovery solutions, data imports, and CI class models aligned with CSDM and ITIL best practices. Build and support integrations with enterprise platforms including: SCCM Microsoft Intune JAMF Active Directory Coupa Sail.
Point Develop integrations using: Integration. Hub REST APIs SOAP APIs MID Servers Service. Now Integration Frameworks Support ITAM and CMDB governance initiatives to ensure data ownership, compliance, lifecycle accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Create dashboards, reports, and analytics for: Asset Utilization Software Compliance Inventory Management Asset Lifecycle Tracking Collaborate with Service.
Now Architects and Platform Owners to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, design reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, CMDB discrepancies, technical issues, and data quality concerns. Support platform upgrades, release validation, compatibility testing, and deployment activities.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, workflows, integrations, governance standards, and data models. Drive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across asset and configuration management processes. Key Skills and Qualifications 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Service.
Now development, administration, and platform engineering. Strong expertise in: Service. Now IT Asset Management (ITAM) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Software Asset Management (SAM) Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Service. Now Integrations Strong understanding of: Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management Normalization Reconciliation CMDB governance Data quality management Experience implementing and managing Service.
Now Discovery and CMDB solutions. Hands-on experience integrating and managing: SCCM Microsoft Intune JAMF Active Directory Expertise in: Integration. Hub REST APIs SOAP APIs MID Servers Third-party integrations Strong knowledge of: Common Service Data Model (CSDM) ITIL Frameworks Asset Lifecycle Management Experience creating dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational metrics.
