Accounting Specialist (Corporate Shared Services)

As an Accounting Specialist, your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, including invoice preparation, cash receipt processing, project reporting, project setup and maintenance in Deltek Vantagepoint, and special assignments that support both corporate functions and project-specific needs. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure billing accuracy and timely collections, assist with audit preparation, and serve as a knowledgeable resource across accounting functions.
