Patient Care Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the General Dentistry industry. As a Patient Care Coordinator / Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and customer service. This is a high volume Denti-Cal office, ideal candidate will be familiar with working in a fast pace office.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on dental procedures and treatments with utmost professionalism
• Utilize CDT dental procedure codes for billing and coding insurance claims with precision
• Ensure HIPPA compliance in all patient interactions with strict adherence
• Assist with financial planning and insurance coordination with accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service to patients with empathy and compassion
• Maintain detailed organization of patient records and appointment scheduling with meticulousness
