Summary: The Warehouse Picker & Packer role supports the efficient operation of a high-volume distribution center by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse workflow. This position is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, product safety, and timely dispatch for a premium UAE brand. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of performing manual labor in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented in handling orders, and committed to safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Pick products accurately based on order requirements Pack items securely for safe dispatch Load and unload goods efficiently and safely Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse areas Assist in receiving and sorting incoming stock Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders Requirements Requirements: Minimum 6 months of hands-on warehouse experience HSC/SSC or equivalent educational qualification No computer skills required Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in a warehouse setting Basic understanding of warehouse operations and processes Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Benefits Salary: ₹15000-₹16000 per month with PF & ESI Lucrative performance-based incentives Opportunity for absorption after 1 year based on performance
