The Regional Lifestyle Manager brings Cove’s mission to life by delivering engaging, memorable lifestyle experiences that foster community connection, enhance satisfaction, and drive long-term loyalty across our portfolio of manufactured home communities and RV resorts. Working in close partnership with on-site Community Managers, Lifestyle Coordinators, Corporate Marketing, and the Resident Excellence Manager, the Regional Lifestyle Manager standardizes programming, elevates the guest and resident experience, and directly supports each community’s Cove Score (NPS).
This is a highly mobile, field-based role requiring 50–60% travel across the assigned South region.
