If so, lets talk.Your role and responsibilities This posting is for an IBM HR internship located at IBM’s headquarters in Armonk, NY. Internship dates are June 1, 2027 through August 13, 2027. We’re looking for Human Resources (HR) Professionals that share a passion for IBM’s purpose - to be the catalyst that makes the world work better. As an HR Intern, you’ll work on projects in our key functional areas, including: * Talent (including Performance, Leadership, and Talent Management) * Talent Acquisition * HR Services (including HR Technology, and Payroll) * Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition. * HR Partner The work you do may include data analysis, design thinking, communication, program design and development, research and problem analysis, and solution implementation. During your internship, you’ll learn new skills, tackle big challenges, and work with talented HR Professionals around the world. We’ll support you as you grow and develop as a global leader. Note: If granted a full-time offer after successfully completing this internship, you must be willing to relocate to one of IBM’s HR Hubs: Armonk, NY or Raleigh, NC. Required technical and professional expertise * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Capacity to manage competing priorities with strong time management skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment * Proficiency using Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Basic knowledge in analytics and data analysis * Ability to conduct independent research and effectively summarize information and make recommendations grounded in data and feedback Preferred technical and professional experience Experience in Human Resources IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
