Coordinates resident’s clinical care to assure that they receive high quality, safe, patient centered care that promotes and restores resident’s health. Provides clinical care and oversite of the Caring Place and Assisted Living Facility. Educates, advises in making safe, effective, and appropriate decisions according to protocols.
