Job Responsibilities
Conduct outpatient ophthalmology consultations Diagnose and manage a wide range of eye conditions Perform routine eye examinations and follow-ups Work with modern ophthalmic diagnostic equipment Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation Deliver high-quality patient-focused care Salary: CHF 210,000 – 230,000 Gross Annually + Bonus Selection Process Initial professional discussion regarding experience, motivation, and expectations Candidate profile preparation for employer review Interview/meeting after mutual agreement on key conditions Assistance with onboarding and administrative process Requirements Specialist qualification in Ophthalmology Swiss-recognized specialist diploma or eligibility for recognition German language proficiency at B2 level or above Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently Long-term commitment and professional attitude Benefits 1st Year Salary: CHF 210,000 gross annually 2nd Year Salary: CHF 220,000 gross annually 3rd Year Salary: CHF 230,000 gross annually Bonus: CHF 7,500 after 18 months CHF 12,500 after 3 years Flexible workload options (40%–100%) Modern clinic infrastructure with advanced technology Stable patient base Supportive and structured work environment
