Job description
Responsible for creating a safe work environment while ensuring quality workmanship, meeting delivery schedules and reducing costs – in addition to helping put people in the proper positions and ensuring employees are properly trained on a continuing basis. The Team leader will also be ultimately responsible for problem solving and assisting with removing bottlenecks from the line.
The Team leader will have ownership of the area and will assist in making decisions regarding his/her area.
