Job description
DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY Responsible for all processes involving the creation and tracking of purchase orders RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES •Create purchase orders as requested •Run basic reports requested by management •Identify and communicate processing errors in both purchase orders and reports •Create RTV (Return to Vendor) documents and awareness according to established rework processes when requested by management •Provide purchase order status to Supply Chain including estimated delivery date and any changes in estimated delivery date •Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times •Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management •Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment •Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations •Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS •Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: •Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment Must have: •Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods REQUIRED EXPERIENCE •This is an entry level position PREFERRED EXPERIENCE •2 years of experience purchasing end items, services, supplies and equipment •Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment •Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party) REQUIRED EDUCATION •High School Diploma or GED PREFERRED EDUCATION •Associate’s Degree in business or related field REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future DETAILS This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive Stealth Products is an Equal Opportunity employer.
