Manager Sales

Reporting to the Director of Sales, we are searching for a Manager Sales in our Clover business unit. This position will be directly responsible for managing a team of sales reps, executing a sales strategy to promote sales growth, and achieving both individual and team revenue expectations. The Manager Sales be willing to travel to assigned territory.

This position will also be responsible for coaching a team of sales reps on consultative and value-based sales techniques including the ability to understand prospects’ business needs and recommend our product solutions to clients and prospects. Clover’s clients and prospects are comprised of educational institutions and health systems within a designated multi-state territory.
