Role: Senior Brand Manager-Beauty Brand Location: Hyderabad Job Overview: Join India’s leading personalized beauty brands and drive brand growth, innovation, and market leadership. As Senior Brand Manager, you will own brand strategy, consumer insights, new product development, campaign execution, and performance management across multiple marketing channels.
Responsibilities
•Drive brand vision, positioning and growth strategy.
- Identify market opportunities through consumer and competitor research.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) strategy and go-to-market planning.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, content, media and partnerships.
- Build strategic relationships with agencies, vendors and industry partners.
- Oversee PR activations, media planning and brand implementation.
- Track campaign ROI, KPIs and consumer sentiment.
- Monitor product distribution, pricing, market applications and sales estimates.
- Create engaging customer-centric content that drives acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of core brand management experience.
- Experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, FMCG, D2C or Consumer Products.
- Strong understanding of the complete marketing mix.
- Expertise in brand strategy, campaign management and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical, forecasting and market research capabilities.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B-School preferred.
