Senior Retail Supervisor

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of proven UAE retail sales and supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of the UAE retail market, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, modern trade, and key retail chains. Proven experience in leading and managing large retail sales teams. Excellent knowledge of merchandising, shelf management, planograms, promotions, and category management.

Strong relationships with key retail customers and decision-makers across the UAE. Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales, distribution, and profitability targets. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent reporting and forecasting skills.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share and business growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting systems. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and major accounts. Ensure excellent execution of merchandising standards, product visibility, and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Conduct regular market visits, performance reviews, and field coaching for the sales team. Ensure achievement of sales targets, distribution goals, and operational KPIs. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business development plans for management.
