Senior Transformation Coordinator - SEIU

The Senior Transformation Coordinator is a management-level position.  The purpose of this role is to drive and support the transformation and modernization of local unions through the adoption of new technologies, experimentation with new and promising strategies, and innovation in all aspects of member recruitment, organizing, and representation.

In particular, this role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to support union members’ ability to pay dues directly to their local unions – rather than through their paychecks – shoring up union resources and protecting workers and their organizations from politically-motivated attacks.
