Current opportunities available: 2nd Shift

• Full-time LPN 9 days per pay including every other weekend/every other holiday ( Personal Care/Assisted Living ) 3rd Shift

Monitoring care delivery Coordinating resident care Documenting resident progress Assessing residents Communicating and implementing changes as needed to provide the highest level of resident care What do I need in the role of LPN Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing (LPN) and be currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Must be CPR certified Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday Long term care nursing experience preferred Working knowledge of MDS At Moravian Manor Communities, you’ll find more than a workplace - you’ll find a community that values connection, compassion, and growth.
