IT Intern

Support the IT team with the day-to-day activities or projects. To support technical assistance, system maintenance, and hardware/software troubleshooting. The role also includes helping design digital media content for social media, websites, and marketing materials. ● Assist with designing visual content for digital media, including social media graphics, website elements, advertisements, brochures, and more.

● Assist in providing technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. ● Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and database validation. ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (hardware/software). ● Assist in the setup, confi guration, and installation of computer systems and peripheral devices.

● Document troubleshooting processes, technical procedures, and system confi gurations. ● Assist with software deployments and updates across the organization. ● Help with maintaining IT inventory and tracking equipment. ● Participate in projects related to IT infrastructure and operations.
