Under the general supervision of a Foreman or a higher-level officer, this is lead work in performing a variety of general maintenance work in multiple trades to ensure that buildings, facilities, and equipment are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.    An employee in this class performs a variety of general maintenance work in accordance with established schedules and special instructions.
