Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Integration Consultant (Success. Factors) with strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite (CPI), and SAP Success. Factors integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex integration solutions between SAP Success.
Factors and enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP HANA/HANA Cloud, APIs, data transformations, and enterprise integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations between SAP Success. Factors and target systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI). Develop and support integrations leveraging Success. Factors OData APIs across modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Compensation.
Design and implement integration solutions using REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, JDBC, and other enterprise integration protocols. Develop synchronous and asynchronous integration flows, batch processing solutions, and event-driven integrations. Perform complex data mapping and transformations using Groovy scripting, XSLT, graphical mapping tools, XML, and JSON.
Integrate business data with SAP HANA and SAP HANA Cloud environments to support reporting and analytics requirements. Implement integration security, authentication mechanisms, logging, monitoring, exception handling, and error management frameworks. Perform data validation, transformation, routing, and enrichment based on business and technical requirements.
Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and production issue resolution. Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, mapping documents, deployment guides, and operational runbooks. Collaborate with functional consultants, platform teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust integration solutions.
Provide technical leadership and promote best practices for SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in SAP integration development and implementation. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Platform Integration/CPI).
Proven experience integrating SAP Success. Factors with SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong knowledge of Success. Factors data models and OData APIs. Experience working with Success. Factors modules: Employee Central Recruiting Performance Management Compensation Expertise in integration technologies and protocols: REST APIs SOAP Web Services OData Services SFTP JDBC Strong experience in: XML JSON XSLT Groovy Scripting Graphical Mapping Experience with SAP HANA and SAP HANA Cloud integrations.
Strong understanding of integration architecture, security, monitoring, logging, and error handling frameworks. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
