Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Supervisor

The Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Supervisor is the first-line leader for maintenance coworkers at the Cresco manufacturing facility and a hands-on technical resource for production resources. This position directs daily maintenance execution, develops the maintenance team, leads complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment reliability improvements.

Additional responsibilities include automation and equipment installation. This is a site-focused, player-coach role. The position executes Cresco maintenance priorities within the strategies, standards, budgets, and capital plans established by the North America Maintenance & Facilities Manager and works closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain - support safe, reliable/ efficient manufacturing.
