Production and Process Manager

The Production and Process Manager, Cresco Operations, will lead the plant's manufacturing and W&L operations to achieve customer satisfaction and meet critical business objectives by building a safe, lean, and metric-driven manufacturing culture. In this function, the Production and Process Manager will need to be part of creating, communicating, supporting and executing the vision and goals of the business.

The role requires the ability to formulate and drive the operational strategy within the business while developing and exceeding the operational and financial metrics of the business.
