Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Utah Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy and behavioral health support to clients across Utah.

In this role, you’ll assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide ongoing counseling, and help individuals manage mental health concerns through practical, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical documentation Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal standards Requirements Active Utah LCSW license Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong documentation and telehealth communication skills Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday Comfortable using electronic health records and virtual care platforms Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills into a remote role built for steady, meaningful work.
