Role Summary
The SaaS Automation & Implementation Trainee will support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of SaaS-based enterprise applications. This role involves translating business requirements into system workflows, configuring platforms, and enabling process automation within client environments. It offers hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS ecosystems and implementation consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementation and configuration of SaaS platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Translate business requirements into structured workflows and system configurations Support workflow automation, process optimization, and business logic implementation Configure modules, fields, dashboards, and automation rules as per specifications Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of solutions Collaborate with technical, functional, and implementation teams Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and system updates Assist in troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline Requirements Technical Skills Strong understanding of programming fundamentals Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with databases and SQL concepts Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows (preferred) Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving ability Behavioral Competencies Analytical and structured thinking approach Ability to understand business processes and system architecture High attention to detail and process orientation Effective communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts Ability to work in a structured, enterprise-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Exposure to SaaS platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Basic understanding of workflow automation tools and low-code/no-code platforms Familiarity with scripting languages (e.
