Kitchen Utility Attendant/Dishwasher - King's Arm Tavern

Process china, glass, eating and cooking utensils through a large dishwashing machine. Wash china, glass, eating and cooking utensils by hand as appropriate. Wash pots and pans. Handle heavy cleaning of walk-in refrigerators and freezers, ovens and grills. Clean walk-in boxes. Perform cleaning, mopping, sweeping of locker rooms, kitchen and eating areas, restrooms, kitchen equipment, and other areas.

Take out and empty trash; place trash cans and floor mats in proper places. Thoroughly clean floors, ovens, grills, heat lamps, range walls, salamanders, broilers and grease catch pans. De-lime steam table, scrub drain grates and equipment racks. Clean ceiling tiles, light fixtures and air vents. Fill ice bins. Perform other duties as assigned.
