Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and financial results of a portfolio of wind assets within an assigned region. This role has full accountability for site operations, including safety, compliance, production performance, and O&M and capital budget execution.

The position oversees multiple sites and provides strategic direction to Site Managers, and field teams. The Regional Operations Manager manages compliance to O&M contractual requirements. The Regional Operations Manager partners closely with Asset Management, Engineering, Performance, Health and Safety (HSSE), and Commercial teams to ensure assets deliver strong financial returns while maintaining high safety and operational standards.
