Per Diem Registered Nurse – Infusion Center & Wellness Clinic

The Infusion Center & Wellness Clinic Registered Nurse provides specialized outpatient nursing care, administering intravenous medications, chemotherapy and biologic agents, blood products, injections, and hydration therapies.

Responsibilities include

patient assessment, infusion monitoring, management of infusion reactions, patient education, accurate electronic health record (Meditech) documentation, and collaboration with providers, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary team. This unique position offers a diverse outpatient nursing practice across two specialty service lines—Infusion Services and the CHF/COPD Wellness Clinic—providing comprehensive infusion therapy and chronic disease management for patients with complex medical needs.
