Job description
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Infrastructure & Security to lead the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Infrastructure, Networking, Security Operations, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise along with proven leadership experience in managing enterprise infrastructure and security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise datacenter, infrastructure, networking, and security operations.
- Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Teams).
- Administer VMware, Hyper-V/Solaris, Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Manage Cisco L2/L3 networking, WLAN, HP Blade. System, Dell Power. Store, and HP Alletra Storage.
- Design and support cloud workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Azure, and GCP.
- Configure and manage Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 LTM/ASM, VPNs, SIEM (Wazuh, Log. Rhythm), Crowd. Strike, Trend. Micro, and Proofpoint.
- Manage Oracle Databases, Web. Logic, MongoDB, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, compliance, and security best practices.
- Lead and mentor technical teams while collaborating with stakeholders and clients.
